For landlords
Be the landlord tenants
don’t want to leave.
Set the rewards, set the rules, and watch on-time payments become the habit. You stay in control. The streak does the motivating. Rent money is never touched.
The loop
Streaks build. Rewards stack. Tenants stay.
Every on-time month adds to the stack. The longer the streak runs, the more it is worth, and the more there is to lose by slipping. That is the whole game, and it works on good payers too.
Step 01
You set the rules
Decide what an on-time payment is worth, how rewards stack, and where they cap. Your property, your budget, your terms.
Step 02
Tenants pay on time
Every on-time month extends the streak. Tenants report “I paid” and you confirm with one tap. No new payment rails.
Step 03
Rewards stack
Stacked rewards grow month over month. Tenants cash out when ready, using the options you set. The streak never resets.
Program designer
You set the rules. The streak does the motivating.
Design your program in seconds. Start from a preset or build fully custom rules, then assign it per unit or tenant. Every amount, every rule, every protection is landlord-configured. Nothing is decided for you.
Flat $10 for every on-time month.
That month alone adds $10.
The balance resets. The streak keeps going, and so does the habit.
These are example amounts. The point is that you set every number.
Landlord control
Your program.
Your rules.
You choose everything. Rent Streak runs the program exactly the way you designed it.
Amounts
Set the base reward per portfolio, property, or tenant group, and change it anytime.
YOU SETStacking rules
Let rewards compound month over month, or keep them flat. The arc is your call.
COMPOUNDSCaps
Put a ceiling on how large a tenant's stacked balance can grow.
MAX PAYOUTCash-out options
Offer cash, gift cards, rent credit, or any mix of the three.
3 WAYSExpiration on your schedule
By default, rewards never expire during an active lease; they expire 90 days after move-out. Set harder windows if you want.
90 DAYSAssignment
Assign a program to a specific unit or tenant, never one lumped global config. Different doors, different programs.
PER UNIT
What if you manage a whole portfolio?
Portfolio program
Run the same program across a portfolio, with the same controls, and report results to each owner.
- Same program: one program, same rules, across every unit in the portfolio.
- Same controls: same amounts, stacking, caps, cash-out, and expiration, across the portfolio.
- Owner reporting: report results to each owner, per property, per unit.
Under the hood
One engine. Every landlord’s rules.
Rent Streak sits between the rent payment and the reward. The tenant pays the way they always have. The engine does the rest.
Protections · keep it fair
What happens after one bad month?
An unprotected late payment forfeits the tenant’s entire stacked balance. That is the tension that makes it a game. Tenants can cash out anytime to lock in their gains, or let it ride for more. The protections below are what keep it fair.
Earnable
Streak freeze
Earnable, so one rough month does not erase a long streak. Tenants earn it, then decide when to use it.
You decide
Free late pass
You decide how many, and who earns them. A configured pass lets one late payment slide.
Optional
Get-out-of-jail card
Optional. Grant one free pass at the start of a lease, usable anytime during that lease.
Campaigns · side quests
Reward more than rent day.
Create side quests your tenants can opt into for extra rewards. You approve every payout, and rewards stack on approval.

Follow the trail, quest by quest,
rewards stack as you go.
Landlord-created

Landlord-created

Landlord-created
Custom quest

Platform drop
Monthly Drop

Campaign, opt-in
Multi-quest campaign
Tenant opts in once, to a 3, 6, 9 month campaign, etc., with multiple quests inside. Each reward stacks, plus a bigger award at the end.

Congrats! All quests and campaigns complete. More rewards unlocked.
You choose which quests and campaigns to offer. Nothing pays without your yes.
Tenant score · shared with you
When a tenant shares their score, this is what arrives.
The score belongs to the tenant, not to the apartment. When they apply with you, they can share a verified on-time record that arrives with the application, before they do.

Built from confirmed payments
Each on-time payment was confirmed by the previous landlord, or verified automatically. No self-reported numbers, which is exactly why you can trust it.
Not a credit score
Nothing here touches an applicant’s credit file. This is a rent reputation, built from the bill they already pay every month.
Proven payers, first
A verified 94 walks into your leasing process before the applicant does. Proven payers get picked first, and you spend less time guessing.

Landlord frequently asked questions
No. Tenants keep paying exactly how they pay today, by check, Zelle, or cash. They report “I paid” and you confirm with one tap. Rent Streak never processes, holds, or moves rent money.
The pilot is free for approved landlords. Launch pricing is being set with the pilot landlords and will be published on the pricing page in plain sight, with no hidden line items.
A protected late payment, covered by a streak freeze, a free late pass, or a get-out-of-jail card, preserves the streak and the stacked balance. An unprotected late payment breaks the streak and forfeits the entire uncashed balance. The protections are what keep that fair.
You do. You set the amounts, the stacking rules, the caps, the cash-out options, and the expiration, per unit or tenant. Start from a preset or build fully custom rules, and change them anytime.
Whatever you put on the menu: money, gift cards, rent credit, or any mix of the three. Rewards are fulfilled through Tremendous, including gift cards and Visa prepaid.
No. The tenant score belongs to the tenant. Only they can share it, and only with an application they choose. Nobody can pull it.
