These terms apply to your use of rentstreak.com (the “Site”), operated by Rent Streak (“we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
Rent Streak is pre-launch
Rent Streak is still being built. The Site is for information only. The features, rewards, amounts, examples and mockups described on it are illustrative, may change at any time, and are not a promise or guarantee that any feature, product or service will exist or work in a particular way.
The pilot and waitlist
Joining the pilot or its waitlist does not guarantee that you will be accepted into the pilot or receive access to Rent Streak. We decide who takes part, and we may change or end the pilot at any time.
Rewards are fulfilled through Tremendous, Inc. Gift cards and other rewards are issued by the respective brands and are subject to each brand’s own terms.
Our intellectual property
Everything on the Site, including its text, design, graphics, the Rent Streak name and logos, and the MONKILLA character and mark, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for your own use, but you may not copy, modify, distribute or use our content or marks without our written permission.
Acceptable use
When you use the Site, you agree not to:
- break the law or violate anyone else’s rights;
- submit false, misleading or harmful information through our forms;
- attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
- scrape, copy or reuse the Site’s content or branding without permission;
- use the Site to send spam or unsolicited promotions.
No warranties
The Site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the Site will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your needs.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Rent Streak and the people behind it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or from relying on anything on it. Where liability can’t be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent the law permits.
Links and third parties
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services, such as our form provider. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, including as Rent Streak moves from pre-launch to a live product. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
