Rent Streak (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through rentstreak.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Information we collect
On this website, we only collect what you choose to send us through our two forms:
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), your role, and the text of your message.
- Pilot signup form: your name, email address, and the range of units you manage.
We don’t ask for payment details, and we don’t collect rent or tenant information through this site.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to:
- respond to your questions and requests;
- communicate with you about the Rent Streak pilot, if you signed up for it.
We don’t use your information for anything unrelated to those purposes.
How forms are processed
Both forms are processed by Resend, a third-party email service, and delivered to our inbox. Resend handles your submission on our behalf under its own privacy practices. We recommend reading them at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Sharing your information
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone for marketing. It is only handled by the service providers needed to run the forms and our email, and we may disclose it if the law requires us to.
Reward fulfillment: Tremendous, Inc. When a tenant redeems rewards, we share the recipient’s name and email address with Tremendous so the reward can be delivered.
Analytics and cookies
We use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited. We don’t use advertising trackers or build advertising profiles. The site may also store your light or dark theme choice in your browser so it can remember it on your next visit.
Bot protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from bots and abuse. Turnstile collects limited technical information to tell visitors apart from automated traffic, as described in Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you and to run the pilot, and then delete it or keep it only as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at hello@rentstreak.com and we’ll respond as soon as we can. You can also tell us at any time that you no longer want to hear from us about the pilot.
Children
Rent Streak is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Rent Streak grows. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page.
